Medical-Grade Compression Stockings
Professionally fitted compression stockings prescribed and dispensed by our licensed healthcare team. Improve circulation, reduce swelling, and support vascular health — measured and fitted to you.
Compression stockings are a medical device. Proper fitting by a trained healthcare professional is required. Consult your physician before use if you have arterial disease or peripheral vascular conditions.
What Is Compression Therapy?
How Compression Stockings Work
Medical compression stockings apply graduated pressure — firmest at the ankle, gradually decreasing up the leg — to support venous return and reduce pooling of blood in the lower limbs. They are clinically indicated for chronic venous insufficiency, varicose veins, lymphoedema, deep vein thrombosis prevention, and prolonged standing or travel.
Compression Classes
Choosing the Right Compression Level
Compression is measured in mmHg (millimetres of mercury). The appropriate level is determined by your healthcare provider based on your clinical indication.
Mild
Over-the-Counter
Tired, aching legs · Minor swelling · Travel fatigue · Prolonged standing
Moderate
Class I Medical
Mild varicose veins · Mild oedema · DVT prevention · Post-sclerotherapy
Firm
Class II Medical
Moderate-to-severe varicose veins · Chronic venous insufficiency · Lymphoedema · Post-thrombotic syndrome
Extra Firm
Class III Medical
Severe lymphoedema · Severe chronic venous insufficiency · Post-surgical management
Stocking Styles
Available Styles
Knee-High
The most commonly prescribed style. Covers from the foot to just below the knee. Ideal for most venous and oedema indications.
Thigh-High
Extends from the foot to the upper thigh. Indicated when swelling or venous insufficiency extends above the knee.
Pantyhose / Maternity
Full coverage from foot to waist. Often recommended during pregnancy or for bilateral lower-limb conditions.
Open-Toe
Available in knee-high and thigh-high. Preferred when toe box fit is an issue or for use with open-toed footwear.
Getting Measured
How We Measure You
Accurate measurements are essential for effective compression therapy. Our trained fitters take all measurements in the morning before swelling accumulates, with you standing.
A — Ankle Circumference
Measured at the narrowest point of the ankle, just above the ankle bone. This is the reference point for graduated compression.
B — Calf Circumference
Measured at the widest point of the calf. Critical for ensuring the stocking does not constrict or slip.
C — Knee Length
Measured from the floor to just below the bend of the knee (for knee-high stockings).
D — Thigh Circumference
Measured at the widest point of the thigh (for thigh-high and pantyhose styles).
E — Leg Length
Measured from the floor to the gluteal fold (for thigh-high and pantyhose styles).
F — Foot Length
Measured from heel to longest toe. Used to confirm correct foot sizing and toe box fit.
